Community Outreach

Where possibilities begin: Healing together one step at a time

Community Outreach

At New Hope Behavioral Health Center, Inc., our Community Outreach Team is committed to meeting individuals where they are — in life, in the community, and on their recovery journey. We believe in second chances, compassion without judgment, and support that’s rooted in dignity and respect. Our outreach efforts are focused on individuals returning to the community from incarceration, as well as those impacted by substance use, housing instability, or justice involvement. Through a combination of peer-led engagement, community events, and direct services, we help connect individuals with life-saving resources like Medication for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD), counseling, peer support, Hepatitis C treatment, and social service navigation.

Outreach Services

  • On-the-ground outreach to jails, shelters, community events, and public spaces
  • Connection to Suboxone, Methasoft, Sublocade, Brixadi, and Vivitrol
  • On-sit assessments and same-day or next-day appointment scheduling
  • Support with housing, employment, transportation, and identification
  • Hepatitis C screening and treatment
  • Peer support, relapse prevention, and harm reduction strategies
  • Education for providers, family, and justice partners about MOUD and recovery
