Make a Payment on Your Account

NHBHC uses Stripe as our online payment portal.   Stripe Privacy Policy.  Privacy Policy 
​Important: Patient Information Required
To ensure your payment is applied to the correct patient account, please enter the patient’s full legal name, patient’s clinic ID and the email address associated with the patient’s NHBHC account in the Contact Information section of the Stripe payment page.
If someone other than the patient is making the payment, the payer should still enter the patient’s name and email address under Contact Information. The name of the person whose card is being used must be entered separately in the Cardholder Name field.
Please do not enter a diagnosis, medication, treatment information, Social Security number, or other clinical information.
If you do not know the email address associated with the patient’s account or need assistance applying the payment correctly, call (480) 981-1022 and ask to be transferred to the Billing Department or Front Office Staff before making the payment.
